I Feel Guilt When I'm Not Writing About Traitor Trump

Even Though I Work 80 Hours a Week at This, It Doesn't Seem Like Enough
I get pretty frazzled if I’m not using all my waking hours fighting Traitor Trump’s fascism. I know that’s illogical, but it’s just how I feel.

I have a difficult time taking even a couple of hours off from my Substack political humor writing and podcasting.

I know that I shouldn’t feel that way, but I do. Watching TV, playing video games, or even doing my wildlife photography makes me feel guilty. And that isn’t normal. But neither is the state of the world.

I feel guilty if I’m not fighting like hell with my writing against that orange fuck-puddle Donald Trump.

In today’s podcast episode, I talk about how this has come to be. It started with my work ethic when I became an adult. Perhaps a fear of being poor, like the way we were raised. Certain things have happened during my lifetime that led me down this road.

I don’t know if it’s sustainable, but I’m damn sure going to keep at it. At least until our government and political landscape stabilizes. I’ll do everything in my power to ensure that I’m fighting the good fight until Terrorist Trump’s end.

Which I hope happens today. Or tomorrow. Soon. You feel me on that one? I bet you do.

If you enjoy my daily podcast, I’d love to have your support. It’s less than $5 monthly to support independent journalism, and I’d be honored to have you join our Mouthy Militia!
