What a shit-show the Republican party has become.

Before you could say “Sieg Heil!”, Elon Musk showed us that he came to party. Signaling victory in the way only a true white nationalist can, he outraged most Americans during Donald Trump’s inauguration yesterday. At least the ones with eyesight and common sense.

You have to be the most willfully ignorant, racist fuck-puddle in the world not to believe this was a Nazi salute.

But don’t trust your eyes, according to the South African Stormtrooper, Donald Trump, and the rest of the MAGA shit stains everywhere who are denying this sick, deplorable display of racism this morning. Because Elon clutched his chest (sadly, not a widow-maker heart attack) before launching his Nazi-pride salute not once, but twice, he wants you to believe that this gesture was not what we thought it was.

C’mon now.

I taught my children a life lesson when they were kids. It goes a little something like this:

If it looks like bullshit and sounds like bullshit, it’s probably bullshit.

Don’t be a sucker. How goddamn naive does this obtuse prick think we are? Like we don’t know a Nazi salute when we see one? Just because most of Trump’s die-hard MAGA supporters didn’t graduate from high school doesn’t mean the rest of us didn’t pay attention during history class.

That unit about the Holocaust was pretty hard to forget.

Because he made a motion from his heart that immediately morphed into the most deplorable of all hand signals, Elon created what he thought was plausible deniability. He takes Americans for fools. He may be right, judging by how many ‘Muricans are responding to the controversy.

They’re going along with it. Though this should come as no surprise to us at this point. Not all Trump supporters are Nazis, but all Nazis voted for Donald Trump. I haven’t heard a single white nationalist, Christofascist admirer of Hitler brag about voting for Kamala Harris in the 2024 election.

But I have heard a few defending this bullshit display made at Orange Shitler’s inauguration yesterday. Good thing it wasn’t held in Germany. You can be imprisoned for up to three years for performing a Nazi salute in public.

I’m all for it. Let’s give Elon six years for doing two of them on the world stage.

Sadly, this will not come to pass. Donald Trump loves Elon’s money too much. He’s also a fan of the blind loyalty, the boot-licking, and the occasional reach around during their romantic time. He’s not about to piss off the world’s wealthiest, midriff-baring sycophant.

Even if he does do this at his inauguration:

If this was some one-off thing, perhaps it could be forgivable. (Not at all) But Elon Musk has a history of ignorant, stupid bullshit moves like this. This month, he hosted a video chat with Germany’s far-right political candidate Alice Weidel on his social media platform X, which led to his support of her AfD party. According to Bloomberg, the X Spaces event was Elon sticking his nose and straight, fully extended arm into European politics. He’s become a staunch advocate for far-right political parties.

Since purchasing the website formerly known as Twitter, Nazi content has flourished with Elon at the helm. Back in April of 2024, NBC found at least 150 verified X accounts that were publishing and promoting pro-Nazi content. Musk has also reinstated the X accounts of well-known neo-Nazis Nick Fuentes and Andrew Anglin. That’s fucking disgusting and doesn’t make me believe that he didn’t know exactly what he was doing at yesterday’s inauguration.

Some might say that Musk is playing to his crowd. That he’s testing the waters to see how much he can pull off and still be supported. Though a person who owns a social media platform that’s in severe decline and a shoddy car company should watch his fucking Ps and Qs. Though when you’re almost a half-trillionaire, losing money likely isn’t that worrisome.

Supporting Donald Trump and attempting to grab power himself at some point seems to be Numero Uno. Outracing Jeff Bezos into space and wasting 100 million dollars or more each time one of their cock-rockets prematurely evaporates all over the launch pad seems more important to these billionaires with no morals and not enough to do. Can someone please feed hungry children and house homeless veterans instead of this bullshit?

Bruce Wayne would be so ashamed of these fucking nerds.

Meanwhile, Trump was too busy cutting a giant cake with a sword and dancing to his favorite song, YMCA, by The Village People at his inaugural ball. Someone please remind Cheeto Jesus that this song is a gay anthem for the LGBTQ community. The same people he’s going to victimize by signing executive orders on Day One to strip away their rights any chance he gets.

When that happens, I’m certain Elon will dance for glee alongside his BFF, the Fluorescent Fuhrer. Since he seems keen on dead-naming his trans daughter and being a general menace to everyone who isn’t white, straight, and wealthy, I’m sure their bigoted ballroom dancing will be appreciated and supported by all. Well, all who idolize and worship worthless billionaires that they have nothing in common with.

And therein lies the problem with 2025 ‘Murica: Cult 45 members seem to think that they fit in with the Billionaire Boys Club. That those grifting pieces of filth care about them. That they all have something in common.

They do: Racism, bigotry, sexism, misogyny, and homophobia.

You love them because they hate the same people you do. But what you don’t understand is that they hate you, too. The only thing they love about you is your bank account. The one you use to purchase their shitty products and admire them for making America White Again.

Let’s see how that buyer’s remorse turns out for you in a year or two.
